These terms govern your use of Iters, a 28-day guided sprint toward earning more. They are a plain-language template and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. By joining the waitlist or using the service you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

Who can use Iters

You must be 18 or older. The service is operated by iters.app , a company registered in Georgia.

What you get

• Week 1 is free: your goal, a plan, daily check-ins and a weekly review.
• Sprint pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks weeks 2 to 4 and the final summary. The price is shown at checkout before you pay. There is no subscription.

Features can change while the service is in early access.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle, which sells to you as the merchant of record and calculates taxes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no conditions asked, through Paddle or by writing to us.

No guarantees

Iters helps you plan and keep going. Results depend on your own work. We do not promise or imply any outcome or income. Plans and reviews are produced with the help of AI and can be wrong or incomplete; use your own judgement.

Iters is not financial, legal, tax, career-counselling or medical advice, and it is not therapy. Do not rely on it for decisions that call for a qualified professional.

Your content

You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI model provider described in the Privacy Policy. Do not enter other people’s personal data, medical or psychological details, or anything unlawful.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no automated signups or check-ins, no attempts to bypass limits or security, no use that harms others or breaks the law. We may limit or end access for abuse.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost income. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We can end the service or your access with notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Georgian law applies, without removing the mandatory consumer rights of your country.
